Summer 2026 witnessed the 9th annual Chingona Writing Retreat!

In August 2026, Dra. Luedke completed her Yoga Teacher Training with the Latina Sweat Project, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding access to wellness en nuestra comunidad.

In the Fall of 2024, Dra. Luedke was named Co-Director for the University of Illinois Chicago’s Center for Urban Education Leadership. She leads alongside Drs. Decoteau Irby and Jason Salisbury.

Dra. Luedke is recognized within the AERA Latinx Special Interest Group during the 2025 awards ceremony.
