This page holds my growing blog. During Yoga Teacher Training, we learned about and engaged in the practice of journaling. Our leaders encouraged us to slow down and be present in our minds and bodies, both in movement and in writing. As a scholar, in particular, I look forward to sharing how these lessons have and will translate across contexts.
Moreover, this space will serve to capture the fullness of my identities. How they interact, when some are more salient than others, and where they find themselves at odds.
These writings are both informal and personal. Take what resonates, shape the lessons to fit your life, if you may, and leave what is not yours to claim.
